Airport Excellence Awards

1. Fill in the nomination form available under the Awards section on the event website. The nomination form must be submitted by or before –30th September 2024.
2. Hand-filled submissions, whether on or without using the nomination form, are invalid and will not be accepted.
3. All nomination forms must be submitted in English only.
4. Categories receiving 5 or more nominations will be taken forward for the awards.
5. The results are based on the score of each company, which is evaluated on the basis of the information provided on the nomination form.
6. Nominated companies will receive an email stating the same, further to which the judges will choose winners and runner-ups from each nominated category – 14th October 2024.

1. Is there a format for the online form? Yes, the form is available on the website. You can fill in the details and register for the nominations. Additionally, you can write an email with your story (case study) to help us get to know you better. However, it will not be the deciding factor for the nominations.
2. Are there any fees for entering the nominations? No, the entry is free of charge.
3. Can an organisation enter multiple categories? Yes, an organisation can participate in nominations in multiple categories if it meets the criteria for nomination in more than one category.
4. How do I enter the nominations? Complete the online application form on the website and share your profile/story via Email. (link to the form)
5. Is my submission confidential? Yes, submissions are visible and accessible only to the Saudi Airport Exhibitions Awards Team.
6. How do I confirm that my entry has been registered? You will get a notification on the screen and an email confirmation.
